About Cheyne

Cheyne is the Managing Director of Built Property with over 14 years of extensive construction industry experience working on a variety of flagship development projects across NSW. He has previously worked extensively as a Project manager, Accredited Building Certifier, Town Planner, and Property Consultant on some of NSW’s largest projects before moving into the General Manager position with Built Projects.

Cheyne has successfully delivered projects across a wide range of market sectors from high-density residential, commercial, mixed-use integrated multi-dwelling developments and residential housing subdivisions.

Cheyne is responsible for the successful operation of the business center which includes marketing, work conversion, budgeting, financial forecasting, and general overseeing of all operations within the group. He assumes the responsibility of ensuring the profitability of the business, constantly monitoring the supply chain and the business’s cash flow, and actively assumes the Business Development role of the group.

Cheyne is well recognised for his reliability, honesty, and strong interpersonal skills combined with his innate ability to develop and foster positive long-lasting working relationships.
